States need to hold Uber, Lyft, Via accountable for not abiding by the ADA. Work with advocates to find viable solutions that offer the same service. If a nondisabled person shouldn't have to wait 30min - 1 hour, than neither should a disabled person. paratransit needs to be restructured. Oftentimes, there are restrictions and guidelines on how available funding can be used, including limiting transportation funding to certain uses, counties or areas.
