There is a nonprofit in California that provide scholarships and training to underserved students in college. In turn, those students are required to provide a certain number of hours of free tutoring to students in high school and junior high. What recommendations do you have for ways states can promote education and career-readiness policies and strategies to prepare all youth, including those with disabilities, to enter the workforce? Are there specific barriers for youth with disabilities that could be eliminated through state legislation?
